Hit it out of the park once again!!!!!

I recently discovered EFT tapping via TikTok and took note of the process but never looked into it any further. Well, I then see that Kayla came out with this ebook that was anything and everything I needed in order to start EFT Tapping the correct way. I am absolutely blown away by the research and time Kayla put into this ebook. Somehow she always knows what I am looking for, and then BOOM it happens. Definitely recommend this ebook for anyone that is interested in what the heck EFT Tapping even is. Kayla lays it all out in the most perfect way to understand. 1000/10 always!!

Honestly, I was a skeptic but I ended up having really great results! This e-book is jampacked with information. She starts the e-book with her own experience, which made me tear up a little bit because it was so similar to mine. She does a really good job of explaining all aspects of EFT tapping (what is it, how it works, study’s that measures the effects, etc.) but most importantly this e-book really details and explains how to make the most out of EFT tapping. The information you learn in this e-book will last a lifetime. And as someone who has tried so many other anxiety relieving tactics (breath work, meditation, etc.) I found that this tactic has helped immensely. Would definitely recommend!!

As someone who has suffered from anxiety and depression, I’m always interested in wellness practices aimed to curb limiting beliefs and negative self talk. I’ve heard of EFT but never really understood what it entailed prior to this e-book. Kayla’s guide does a fantastic job at not only explaining EFT but also relating back to her own success with the practice. I felt so seen upon reading Kayla’s history and own testimony with EFT. I found myself scrolling to the end immediately at first read; eager to try out the practice. If you’re a skeptic of EFT Tapping or its effectiveness, this guide book has several pages delving into the different studies and success rates around the practice. As someone who was ‘all in’ I found that content interesting but not entirely necessary. However, for those that are doubtful of EFT or chalk it up to be “woo woo” I think the level of research that went into supporting the guidebook will go a long way. I would definitely recommend this guide and think it’s a great price point considering how detailed it is. However, I would highly recommend purchasing Kayla’s guided mediation as well to further support the work. I truly believe the guidebook and meditation work best in tandem with one another for anyone who has difficulty retaining information or struggles with applying the practice after reading about it.
