We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services -- If you have made an error in your notes section, or feel a custom order would suit you better, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at kmoneyenterprises@gmail.com so that we can help you resolve the issue, or offer credit that can be used for future services. Please note that response wait time may vary depending on the volume of traffic at the time of reaching out.

No refund requests will be fulfilled, only adjustments agreed upon KMONEY.BIZ and her clients. Any case complains filed through the client's bank, Shopify or Paypal customer service will be rejected upon proof of fulfillment. 

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
